Compared to the 30g/㎡ material, this one is thicker, has higher thermal adhesion strength, smaller pore diameter, and releases more slowly.

It is suitable for dry-method products with higher pore diameter requirements.

Thickness: 0.20mm ± 0.02mm
Applicable Humidity Range:0%-25%
Air Permeability: 3600-4000 (L/mÇ/S)
Pore Diameter: 0.2mm
Sealing: Supports heat sealing and ultrasonic sealing.
The minimum sealing width for ultrasonic is 1mm.

Usually less permeable, resulting in a slower release of active ingredients, which can be beneﬁcial for prolonged use.

While thicker, high GSM paper can still be comfortable but may feel more substantial in the mouth.
